ADICTEL President

Formerly a teacher, he is the president of ADICTEL, an operational system of national and European reference for prevention, assistance and limitation of compulsive gamblers. He is the president of Fairplayers (Keynectis Certification for Gaming Business), an assurance, homologation control and security organization for online users and players, associated with Keynectis, which is the French electronic notary (Tax return on Internet), a President of EGA (Ethic Gaming Association).

His engagement within ADICTEL and Fairplayers is to protect men and women against their own compulsion and convince the game operators and states to comply the precaution principle. He launched in June, 2007, www.adictel.com, a discussion group available for all compulsive gamblers no matter their location.

Carole MORLEC,

Referent psychologist of ADICTEL

Carole Morlec graduated from the School of Practitioners Psychologists in Paris. As a referent psychologist, she supervises a team of psychologists and manages 127 advisers distributed all over France. She ensures psychological meetings with players. In February, 2006, she created discussion groups for the players and their families she establishes the regulations for.

Since May, 2007, according to the new game regulation, she intervenes in the game establishments in order to sensitize the casino staff for the detection, prevention and support of gambling addicts. Her mission within ADICTEL is to ensure a proper functioning of the device, in order to guarantee a support to gambling addicts.

Frédérique Bottaro,

Team Manager of ADICTEL

She is responsible with the proper functioning of the referential, updating operator databases in the www.adictel.com portal, relationships with game operators in order to organize “responsible gaming” training sessions and following sensible cases.
